In accordance with Law 01-00, Continuing education, initial training and research are part and parcel of the main mission of AIAC.
Objectives
- Skills development and knowledge gain, validated by a certificate or a diploma;
- Providing businesses with tailored trainings that meet their immediate or structural needs
- Supporting the development of Human Resources of the Company.
Areas
- In-house training (at ONDA) ;
- Continuing training targeting related businesses;
- Continuing training targeting businesses in general;
- Continuing training targeting international businesses.
Actions
- Short-term actions :trainings, seminars, workshops, catalogue and training plan;
- Long-term actions: from 6 to 12 months (Air Operations, Networks, Languages, Management).
